The Mitsubishi 4A91 engine requires a specific torque sequence and values for securing the cylinder head. The standard specifications are:

  • First Pass: 30 Nm (22 ft-lb)
  • Second Pass: 60 Nm (44 ft-lb)
  • Final Pass: An additional 90° angle turn

Always use a calibrated torque wrench and follow manufacturer specifications.

2. What is the correct tightening sequence for Mitsubishi 4A91 head bolts?
